Welcome to this delightful 18th century thatched cottage, tucked away on the outskirts of Goldsithney village near Marazion.
 
Cosy and secluded, with open beams and sunny enclosed garden.
 
A stroll into Goldsithney takes you to a traditional village shop and two lovely pubs which also serve good food.
 
Ideally situated for relaxing after days on glorious sandy beaches and exploring the many delights of West Cornwall.

Central heating and woodburner - style electric heater.

Living room: sofa, armchairs, TV, DVD player and a good selection of reference books, novels, and board games. 
Dining room: large table and dresser, Hi-Fi/radio. 
Fitted Kitchen: electric cooker with grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster. Door to rear courtyard and access to lane. 
Wet Room: shower, basin, separate WC, airing cupboard. 
Bathroom: bath, basin, WC. 
Upstairs: bedroom 1 with twin beds, bedroom 2 with single bed, leading through to bedroom 3 with double bed. 
Explore
There is a wonderful network of footpaths and bridleways to explore straight out of the gate.
  
Walk the Cornish coast path or find quiet back lanes to cycle on.
  
Superb sandy beaches nearby.
 
See the ‘Poldark’ and Rosamund Pilcher filming locations.
 
Visit picturesque harbours, prehistoric stone circles, glorious gardens and secret coves.

West Cornwall is a land full of history – from prehistoric stone circles to 18th century tin mines, fine gardens and great houses.

There are many picturesque small harbours and you can buy fine local fish at Newlyn.
 
St. Michael’s Mount, St. Ives, Trengwaignton Garden and glorious beaches for surfing and sunbathing are close by.
 
Farther afield are the Eden Project, Godolphin House, Truro and Tintagel and more....

A profusion of bluebells in May, cliffs and hedges a mass of colour at their peak in early June....
